Katelyn "Katie" Lyne is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing—Family Nurse Practitioner, graduating with high honors from South University. Katie also holds an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from SRMC Professional School of Nursing and a Bachelor of Science from James Madison University.
Before joining James River Cardiology, Katie gained extensive experience working locally in both inpatient and outpatient cardiology. Her expertise spans general, interventional, and structural cardiology, providing her with a strong foundation to care for patients with a wide range of cardiac conditions.
Katie’s care philosophy is rooted in compassion and understanding. She is committed to creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. She has a passion for cooking, playing tennis, hiking, and exploring new destinations through travel.
