Anne Talbot-Downey, NP
Anne-Talbot Downey, PA-C earned her Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Economics from the University of Virginia in 2015. She received her Master of Physician Assistant degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2021. Anne-Talbot is board certified by the NCCPA and licensed in the state of Virginia.
Prior to joining James River Cardiology, Anne-Talbot worked at Virginia Beach General Hospital caring for pre- and post-operative patients. Anne-Talbot has always been interested in cardiology as she was born with a small ventricular septal defect.
Outside of work, Anne-Talbot enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and playing fetch with her black lab, Tripp. She loves to travel, bake, and can be found at trivia nights around Richmond.
