Grace Miller, NP
Grace Miller, NP, earned her Bachelor's degree in nursing in 2010 at Georgetown University and her Master's degree in Nursing in 2018 at Virginia Commonwealth University. She is credentialed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as an Adult Gerontology nurse practitioner.
As a nurse, Grace worked at Inova Health System in the Emergency Department and Cardiovascular surgical intensive care unit, caring for patients post-CABG, heart and lung transplant, and aortic and mitral valve replacements. She then worked at the University of Virginia Cardiac Transitional Unit as a nurse practitioner from 2018- 2021, managing patients before and after cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, and pacemaker/ICD placement and ablation procedures.
She and her husband moved to Oregon, where she worked as a cardiology nurse practitioner at Adventist Health from 2021- 2023, caring for patients with heart failure, coronary artery disease, arrhythmias, valve disease, hyperten and hyperlipidemia.
Grace joined James River Cardiology in November of 2023, to continue her passion caring for heart patients in the Richmond, Virginia area.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, taking walks and going to the beach.
